I’m not exactly taking the day off today. I’m over at Jill Weatherholt’s blog, Pursuing a Passion for Writing, fielding questions I don’t generally deal with here. Which result in answers – like how I dealt with the nude peeping tom and why I enjoyed spending time with both Jimmy Carter and Barbara Bush – that you also won’t see here. Great meeting you over at Jill’s blog. I could relate to much of what you shared there. We (husband and I) moved 1,200 miles away from the only home I ever knew for the first 25 years of my life. That was 25 years ago. I’ve never really quite adjusted and hope to move back one day, but I wouldn’t have changed it. We needed the experience for growth.
I also can relate to not caring for social media. I do enjoy blogging, but all the rest, not so much.
I hope you are remaining in good health and have many blessings from the tough road you’ve taken.
Now, onto check out that other blog you have that I can also relate to. 🙂
Nice to meet you, too, Lori! I enjoy blogging the most, too – which is ironic considering my first (uninformed!) opinions of the activity! FB has grown on me, too – for limited purposes.
I noticed your an FWA member. My people are in Titusville – anywhere close to you?
I forgot to include my notify me of new posts. Just as I pushed the ‘post comment’ button, I had to come back here for another visit!
I’m so glad you did, Robin! We do, indeed, have a lot in common – I’m looking forward to our future exchanges!
I enjoyed ‘meeting’ you over on Jill’s blog! I wrote more about my blog and how our lives have some common threads over there! Smiles, Robin
Thank you so much for participating, Shel! Your post was terrific! I’ll be over later today after some Saturday running around. 🙂
Thanks so much for having me, Jill! I’m enjoying meeting so many creative people!
